Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed through this store by consumers and business customers.

Contract

The presentation of goods is not a binding offer. By placing an order you make a binding offer; the contract is concluded when we confirm the order or dispatch the goods.

Prices and payment

All prices are final prices in euro; shipping is added at checkout. Payment is due on ordering. Goods are dispatched from Germany.

What we sell

We sell industrial sewing and embroidery machines and sewing-room equipment. Machine type, speed, feed, needle system and motor figures on a listing are the manufacturer's rated figures for professional use; real-world output depends on the operator, the fabric and the setup.

Setup and safety

Our machines are industrial equipment, CE marked. Most are supplied as a head that mounts on a table with a clamp-on servo motor and need a suitable electrical supply (single-phase, some three-phase). Larger embroidery machines need professional setup, levelling and threading. Observe the safety instructions and keep guards in place.

Business (B2B) purchases

Where a purchase is made by a business for the purposes of its trade, it is a business-to-business sale: the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal reserved for consumers does not apply. The statutory warranty below applies to consumers.

Retention of title

The goods remain our property until paid for in full.

Right of withdrawal and warranty

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal and the statutory warranty; see the Refund Policy. These consumer rights do not apply to a B2B purchase by a business.

Applicable law

German law applies. For consumers this does not affect the mandatory protection of the law of their country of residence.
